The brothers, who are formally registered as residents in the Piedmontese capital, each hold a 50% stake in the venture. - Acquiring, holding, managing, and coordinating direct and indirect shareholdings and interests in other companies or entities, whether domestic or foreign, regardless of their purpose or business.
- Providing technical and financial coordination and financing to participating companies or entities, and offering real and/or personal guarantees on their behalf.
- Offering commercial, administrative, and technical services to the entities in which it holds stakes.
- Buying, selling, and managing real estate and property rights of any type for its own account.
- Acquiring and managing image rights, and handling public relations, advertising, sponsorships, and sports promotions.
Furthermore, the documents consulted indicate that the company`s activities, as outlined in its objectives, can be conducted internationally. Within legal boundaries and as necessary or useful for achieving its goals, Restate Srl is authorized by its administrative body to undertake various movable, immovable, industrial, commercial, and financial transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, entering into leasing agreements, securing various types of loans, and providing real and personal guarantees, even for third parties.
