Speaking at the 23rd Niccolò Galli Memorial in Florence, Juventus icon Alessandro Del Piero shared his thoughts on the Bianconeri`s season as it draws to a close.
“Juventus is currently focused on qualifying for the Champions League after a season marked by many unexpected events and deviations from the norm,” stated the former number 10. “Personally, I hope they achieve this, whether by winning in Venice on Sunday or simply by securing qualification for the Champions League regardless of that result. As someone from Veneto, I have an emotional tie to the region, but the most important thing is for Juve to make it to the Champions League.”
Del Piero`s comments highlight the club`s primary objective for the end of the campaign following a challenging period off the field.
