A. Di Chiara: "When you represent the Government like Abodi, you must weigh certain words"

Andrea Abodi`s statements have sparked debate concerning the illegal betting scandal. The Minister of Sport suggested excluding individuals implicated in the Milan prosecutor`s investigation from the national team. But is this a just approach? TMW Radio voices their opinions.

Alberto Di Chiara:

`When representing the Government, as Abodi does, one must carefully consider their words. He might have been better off not issuing such a strong judgment initially, even if he later clarified his stance. This is a sensitive topic, and no one should be publicly shamed.`

Luca Calamai:

`This is indeed a sensitive issue. Everyone makes mistakes, and those who have paid the price shouldn`t be burdened by it for life. I disagree with Abodi`s statement, but that`s my personal view.`
